Breakfast Club

All the volunteer teachers from Victoria came for the last breakfast in June.Since 1995, the Breakfast Club at Saint James has been providing a nourishing breakfast for the children of Victoria School every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from September to June.

The volunteers from St. James and the teachers from Victoria have developed a strong partnership over the years we have offered this program. We serve 25 to 30 children daily who look forward to the opportunity to socialize, practise good table manners and enjoy a warm hearty breakfast.

The children donate 25 cents each day, if they are able, and this is taken to the Daily Bread Food Bank at St. Paul's Cathedral twice a year. If you are interested in helping with this program in person or through donations, please contact Carolynn Fryer at 438-1039 or the Church office at 432-1915.
